DEFINITION is an elite Pilates apparatus, aerial yoga and barre studio with awarding winning Balanced Body apparatus and state of the art yoga hammocks. DEFINITION's semi-private Barre'd classes are individualized workouts on the Pilates apparatus with a mash-up of cardio, ballet conditioning, yoga stretching and Pilates mat work.
